Great home, fantastic location ! The house has everything we needed, great amenities, comfortable beds, large bathroom, sunny courtyard. The location is perfect, just a 6 min walk into Chester town centre, 8 mins to train station same to main bus terminal - really handy...More

About the neighbourhood
We live in the old 19th century industrial heartland of Chester. The canal next to our home fed coal, grain and iron to the mills that used to tower over its banks. Many of the old buildings remain and add a lovely character to the area especially as they are now inhabited by some of Chester's best pubs and restaurants. I may be slightly biased but I think this is the best part of Chester. Everything is within walking distance and the train station and new bus station are even within suitcase-dragging distance. Despite being in the centre of the city, our area is very quiet so you can relax in peace.

The property is 2 minutes walk from the main Chester station and the new bus station.

Arriving by bus or train is the easiest way to get here but parking is available.

Parking is by permit only on our street. The council supplies these in limited amounts so please check with me if we have enough before booking and I will provide these free of charge. However, there is an area to park within 3 mins walk that is free and doesn't need a permit.
