The rental is very nicely appointed and laid out. It’s location is ideal for walking into town centre, especially along the canal pathway, and also for accessing major roads into Wales, Cheshire and Merseyside. Communication with Deborah was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2week stay here, and can highly recommend it .

We were surprised that tea and coffee sachets and toiletries such as shampoo/ body lotion waere supplied. We had not experienced that in our earlier stays at self- catering places. The 2 bedroomed house was exceptionally clean and well maintained with private off street parking for 1-2 cars and a private garden to the rear. The house is so conveniently located - just off the M53 Motorway Junction 12 and to most of the major attractions in Chester - all within 6-10 minutes drive. The supermarket Waitrose is about 20 minutes walk away. A very convenient NCP car Park to visit the town is 6 minutes drive and the Cheshire Oaks Retail Park with over a hundred shops is about 10minutes drive. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs at Hoole - a 10 minutes walk. We stayed for 4 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay - the first adventure after over a year of lockdowns

Excellent place. Clean. Supplied even with tea/coffee/ toiletries. Super location with all areas we visited within 6-10 minutes drive. Also easy access to Motorway. Would have preferred a corner store nearby for papers etc which was the only inconvenience

Nice home ..with an away from it feel ..but a shortish walk to both Hoole (15 mins) and Chester centre (20-25 mins)

Comfortable, clean and well equipped, beds very comfortable. Nice quiet area for couples and families.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We had a perfect 5 night stay. The house is exactly as described, extremely clean and very comfortable. A perfect location to explore Chester, close to everything you need and an ideal walk into the city centre. We hope to return. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this property. It's very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Check-in was tough because the owner forgot to give us the code for the key box and it took a lot of trying the code on the photo she sent, thinking we were doing something wrong, only to figure out that it was only an example, not the actual code. Once in, though, it was larger than it looked and had everything you need to have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.
