Nestling opposite the Shropshire Union canal, Chester's only remaining Victorian tin chapel has been lovingly restored. The Little Tin Chapel is the perfect base for your holiday just a two minute walk from the historic Roman walls, a ten minute walk into the city centre and a short walk of half a mile from the Racecourse. Providing the perfect place to relax on the Harris Tweed sofas in front of the wood burning stove or to cook a delicious meal in the stylish kitchen. Double doors provide access to the garden surrounding the chapel complete with a BBQ area. There is a double and a twin bedroom that has a zip and link bed so can be used as either a twin or super king sized bed. The large bathroom boasts a walk in shower and roll top bath to unwind in after a day's shopping, sightseeing or walking in the surrounding countryside. The chapel also has secure bike storage room and has cycling routes on the doorstep as well as a useful laundry room. There is a free private car parking space a two minutes walk from the Chapel or alternatively there is on road parking. By saving this tin chapel it can be enjoyed by all, for future generations, as a quirky and memorable holiday home. More

The nearest train station is Chester Railway Station, City Road, Chester, CH1 3NS. This is one mile from Whipcord Lane where the Little Tin Chapel is located. Chester Railway Station is a major station with a 24 hour taxi rank. Advance booking is not normally necessary but operators who may accept bookings include: Chester Radio Taxis, Taxicall Chester or Abbey Taxis. Chester's main Bus Station is located on Princess Street (off Northgate Street), behind the Town Hall in the centre of Chester. This is 0.5 miles from Whipcord Lane. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 27.6 miles away from Whipcord Lane or a 40 minute drive. Manchester airport is 35.8 miles away from Whipcord Lane or a 40 minute drive. The parking at the Little Tin Chapel is on road. There is a public car park nearby that can be used if preferred.
