Features a fully open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, well equipped with everything you could need for a trip away. Includes all regular appliances and smart TV with surround sound. Sleeps up to 4 with a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and double sofa bed in the living area. The large terrace with outdoor seating is a perfect spot for taking in the panoramic views! Free private parking for one vehicle. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the whole flat and outside terrace. The Neighborhood: The flat is right in the centre of Falmouth, however it is on a secluded street so is very quiet and peaceful. The Neighborhood: The flat is right in the centre of Falmouth, however it is on a secluded street so is very quiet and peaceful. The location also means the flat is surrounded with an abundance of great cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. There are also lots of tourist attractions within easy walking distance, including the historic Pendennis castle right at the tip of the river mouth. From here coastal paths traverse for miles. Getting Around: There is free, off-street private parking for one vehicle. However, there is also unrestricted parking available in the streets around the flat. If you do not have a vehicle, Falmouth can easily be reached via a Great Western train that runs into the centre of town. The station is around a 10 minute walk from the flat. Other Things to Note: The flat is part of a shared building, please keep noise to a minimum to be respectful of the neighbors otherwise you'll be asked to leave. Noise in the communal area to be kept to a minimum especially between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Interaction with Guests: We will be available via message, email and phone during your stay.
