‘Silvercrest Bungalow’, a semi-detached dormer bungalow in the village of Fraddon, 8 miles from Newquay & Watergate Bay and 12 miles from St Austell, Cornwall. An excellent central location for exploring Cornwall with easy access to both coasts. A pleasant village setting just a few minutes stroll to the Port & Starboard Restaurant (indoor and outdoor seating & also does takeaway), a chinese restaurant & takeaway and under 1 mile from the Blue Anchor pub (restaurant and beer garden) in the adjoining village of Indian Queens. The bungalow is one of a number of individual cottages/bungalows near the centre of the village. There is an attractive enclosed front garden with shrubs and flowers and a lawn area with garden seat. Good central position for exploring Cornwall, with Newquay beaches only 8 miles and St Austell on opposite coast 12 miles.
