This is a beautiful renovated Fishermans Cottage situated in a quiet road in the heart of Downalong. The property is nestled between three fabulous family beaches Porthmeor perfect for a spot of surfing, Porthgwidden which has a lovely safe beach perfect for families and the Harbour Beach with the fabulous backdrop of St Ives . We are a 2 minute walk to the shops and outstanding restaurants, the Tate and the Barbara Hepworth musuem. St Eia's location will provide a fabulous base with which to explore all St Ives has to offer.The cottage has been lovingly restored it has still retained a number of features but with a modern feel. This cottage would provide an excellent base for a family beach holiday nothing is too far because of its location you can pop backwards and forwards very easily ...
