A lovely contemporary cottage in a very quiet location but close enought to most local ammecnities. Pet friendly with lovely walks and superb views direct from the front door. The whole family stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the property and surrounding area, would very much recommend!

Just left from a very good break staying in the cottage. Fab house beautifully appointed and plenty of space for us all. Beds for 8. Highly recommended. Even had stair gates travel cot high chair bed guard and duplo! Thank you for letting us stay

Wanting to get away with family for a few days how fortunate we were to find this property and there be availability The property is ideally situated near enough to Dartmouth that you can easily walk there but also out of town a little Lovely property that is modern and well maintained and has a great feeling to it We...

The ground floor is almost entirely open plan with a large seating area with two 3 seater sofas, satellite TV and DVD player.Plenty of movies available to watch and a dresser full of games for rainy days. This leads into the dining area with I-pod dock Wifi and large oak table.The fully equipped galley style kitchen complete with granite work surfaces and limestone tiled floor runs off to one side from the dining area. The kitchen includes a fully integrated fridge/freezer, 5 halogen hobs, microwave, fan assisted oven and dishwasher all by Smeg. Ample crockery and equipped to the highest standard. Road Directions:<BR>Dartmouth is located on the south west tip of Devon. From London, the South East and the North, follow the M5 south, past Exeter. Just after Exeter, the motorway then turns into the A38 dual carriageway. Continue towards Plymouth along the A38 and take the junction signposted for Buckfastleigh, Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge (about 20 minutes drive from the Exeter Junction). <BR>From the A38 junction, follow the signs to Totnes, passing through Dartington.
