Our flat is located within the new waterfront area of Plymouth. The flat is within easy walking distance of the City Centre, Plymouth Hoe, the Barbican and the Royal William Yard. Visiting to see a show?, then the flat is ideally situated for both the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions. The flat has stunning views over Plymouth Sound from its balcony and bedroom windows and has an allocated underground car parking space. This is a two bedroom flat that can accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a double bed, shower and toilet en suite and window with views over Millbay Marina and Plymouth Sound. The second bedroom has twin beds whilst in the lounge area there is a double sofa bed. A bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin is off the hallway for guests to use. Fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, washing machine with tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area has a breakfast table and chairs (x4) for guests use. WiFi is available to guests. Guest access As guests you will have exclusive use of this two bed / 6 berth flat for the duration of your stay. Access is available from 3pm on day of arrival. You will be sent your access code to the key safe on the evening before you arrive. This will give you access to the front door key for both the outside door, flat door and parking fob (PLEASE make sure you scramble the key code once you have picked up your keys!). Parking is behind the block of flats and underground. You will have ONE allocated and numbered parking bay for the duration of your stay. For additional parking there is on street parking on the adjoining roads. On your day of departure please vacate the flat by 10am, unless otherwise agreed in advance. PLEASE ENSURE THE KEYS AND CAR PARK FOB ARE RETURNED TO THE KEY SAFE ON YOUR DEPARTURE. Interaction with guests Should you have any problem during your stay then we will be contactable by phone throughout your stay on the numbers provided. Other things to note Access from 3pm on your day of arrival. Check out by 10am on day of departure. Please leave the property as you found it.More

We had a fabulous weekend break. The apartment is spacious , comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean and centrally located. Hosts are friendly and very responsive when contacted.

The apartment was very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. Within easy reach of all attractions with shops bars and restaurants close by. The vendors were very helpful. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning

Just a short distance from the Pavillions and the ferry terminal. Also an easy walk to the city centre and the Hoe. Took just 20minutes to walk to the train station. Directions to the property were very comprehensive and we found it with no problem....More

Getting around
The flat is located within easy walking distance of the City Centre shopping area, historic Barbican area, Royal William Yard, Plymouth Hoe, Naval Dockyard, Mount Edgcumbe Country Park. A short drive away is Dartmoor and Cornwall. The city is well serviced by both road, rail and sea connections. By road - both National Express and Megabus provide direct links to the City from across then UK By rail - the city is serviced by GWR and Cross Country trains which provide direct links from all parts of the UK. By sea - Brittany Ferries provides a year round link to Roscoff in Brittany and Santander in Spain. By air - buses run hourly directly from the city to Bristol Airport (approx 2hrs) for flights to both Europe and Worldwide locations.
