Apartment 5 is a spacious studio apartment located on the first floor of a grand old Victorian villa. It overlooks the Rose Garden at the side of the property and is wonderfully quiet. Accessed by the main sweeping staircase, this surprisingly spacious studio has more than 22 square meters of living space. In the main studio area there is a king sized bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress. All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests on stays of more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change as well as a light clean. This can also double up as work space for guests on business. High speed WIFI is included free of charge. The apartment has a separate shower room with electric shower. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries. The apartment also has a well equipped and newly refitted separate kitchen. This has an electric hob and cooker, microwave and a coffee machine. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees, milk etc. At garden level there is a communal laundry where there are coin operated washers and dryers. We ask that guests behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety or well being of other guests in the apartments. For security sake only those registered in the property should be there. The apartments are not to be used for parties, events or gatherings. Noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 22.00 and 08.00 Kitchens to be left as found. We welcome dogs on request. They must not be left unattended at any point a £25 fee per pet is payable on arrival - maximum 1 dog.

Well located, elegant and comfortable apartment

Very comfortable, cosy apartment. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Most comfortable bed we have ever slept on! Wonderful views over the gardens and even a small sea view. About the neighbourhood
Muntham is situated in the Wellswood area of Torquay. It is a five minute drive from the harbour and town centre and is accessible on foot or by the high frequency bus services that connect the English Riviera. Wellswood has a unique village feel to it right in the middle of Torquay and is focused on Ilsham Road where there's a convenience store plus dozens of independent traders, cafes and restaurants. The World famous Kent's Caverns are also located here and a re just a ten minute walk from the apartments.
Getting around
The property is a five minute walk from key bus routes. The 122 service and 22 service enable guests to access just about every part of the Bay area. Taxis are comparatively inexpensive and are plentiful. A foot passenger ferry service operates from Torquay to Brixham and Dartnmouth between April and the end of October.
