This studio apartment is located in a wonderful Victorian Villa which has retained a lot of its old charm and which still has original features by the spade full. It is approached via the grand staircase of the building and consists of a large main room, a separate kitchen and a separate shower room. The bed is a new luxury pocket sprung bed and is King Sized (5 ft width). There is a sofa, lots of storage space and a table and chairs. The room has a large bay window and there are distant sea glimpses from it towards Lyme Bay. The studio also has a TV with built in DVD player and there is also a digital radio. Guests have access to a communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. We ask that guests behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety or well being of other guests in the apartments. For security sake only those registered in the property should be there. The apartments are not to be used for parties, events or gatherings. Noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 22.00 and 08.00 Kitchens to be left as found We welcome dogs on request we do ask that they are not left unattended at any point a £25 pet fee is payable on arrival (maximum 1) .

About the neighbourhood
The apartments are located in the leafy Wellswood area of Torquay and are just a five minute walk from what is locally known as Wellswood Village where guests can find a pub, post office, delicatessen, wine bar/ bistro, cafe, beauty salons, patisserie, florist and much much more.
Getting around
The English Riviera is served by an intensive high frequency bus service. The apartments themselves are a five minute walk from bus routes 22 and 122 which enable visitors to access just about every part of the Bay area. Taxis are plentiful and comparatively inexpensive. From April, to the end of October a foot passenger ferry service operates between Torquay and Brixham as well as Dartmouth. The Dartmouth Steam Railway also provides services from Paignton to Kingswear (Dartmouth). These services operate all year but are at a lower frequency in the winter months.
