Rowell House is an extremely spacious period three bedroomed Grade II listed property in the quiet, but convenient location of Meadfoot. It enjoys open views over Torquay and is a short walk to Torquay harbour and the award winning Meadfoot Beach. We have refurbished Rowell House to a high standard showing off it's fine period features while incorporating everything that is required for modern day living. Rowell House provides quality bedding and towels, wifi, Virgin media tv, board games and much more all included in your stay.
We have a Tripp trapp high chair, travel cot, toddler loo seat and steps so we are very child friendly (as well as having two boys of our own). We are pet friendly and always bring George our cat with us to stay.
We hope you choose to stay at Rowell house as we...Rowell House is an extremely spacious period three bedroomed Grade II listed property in the quiet, but convenient location of Meadfoot. This is a no smoking house and please respect our neighbours with parking and noise.
Please note there is only a small courtyard garden to the front of the house which is not enclosed but there is a large common area near by ideal for dogs.

Torquay is a fantastic seaside town with it's Victorian grandeur combined with the modern marina. It is famous for Fawlty Towers and a lively nightlife. But it has breathtaking views, fantastic beaches and many small areas each having its own unique character away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. One of these is Meadfoot which we believe has the best of everything. Walk down to Torquay harbour or the other way to Meadfoot beach. Near to great restaurants, but in a quiet tree lined street with open views across Torquay. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do. Come, relax and enjoy xx Dawn & Steve
