Let down by the cleanliness in parts of the cottage
Swift cottage delivers on everything.
But our only criticism is that more attention should be made to the cleaning
A lot of cobwebs in the cottage
mirrors were dirty
Lot of dust on the skirting boards and around the bedroom lights
And the towels need upgrading,they are not bath size and over washed/used

Family friendly cottage in an idyllic setting.
Beautiful cottage set in lovely countryside. Use of indoor swimming pool and family room. Also outdoor play area. Bar-B-Q in garden for outdoor dining. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Log burner for the colder months. Close to the village of Ipplepen with a very nice Garden centre and dining pub. Would certainly book again.

Swiss Cottage getaway.
A very quiet location near Totnes. The cottage is very well equipped. with the added bonus of a wonderful indoor swimming pool The cottage is family and dog friendly,
very clean and very well maintained. Long country walks with a dog or drive a few miles to all those lovely Devon beaches.
A great relaxing holiday.
Already booked again for next year.

Perfect location and stunning accommodation and facility's,
The location is in the country side on the out skirts of a village, the standard of the accommodation was extremely high and had all the facility that you could imagine you might require for any size of party using the accommodation, The swimming pool was lovely and relaxing and games room was very well equipped for all ages. there was also plenty of out door space with family play area.The complex area was very well maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The attention to detail from Jacquie our accommodation owner was outstanding.
Thank you Jacquuie for a very memorial weeks stay, See you again ..

Superb
We would highly recommend this cottage. It was in a lovely quiet setting with wonderful views of the countryside. The cottage itself is superb. Jacquie has provided everything you could possibly want for families or just adults and all of a high quality. We wish we could have stayed longer.

A great little cottage
It may seem a small cottage but, like a Tardis, there is plenty of space on the inside as it's a very efficient design. It's comfortable and very well equipped and it's conveniently located: not too far off the main road so there's easy access to major towns and small villages. There are great facilities, such as an indoor pool, a games room and a great outdoor play area for kids. Will stay here again when we're next in the region.

Lovely spotless cottage with swimming pool on the doorstep.
This lovely, characterful period cottage is in a beautiful setting on a converted farm. Perfect for children, with a heated indoor pool across the courtyard and also a well-equipped games room and outdoor play area for little ones. Plenty of parking, and recycling facilities in the car park. Within a short drive of places like River Dart Country Park, Kents Cavern, Crealey's theme park, lots of clean beaches, and also Newton Abbot or Totnes for shopping/takeaways etc. We have been 3 times and this won't be the last!

Superb year round cottage in a rural setting, with many tourist attractions within reach.
A spotless cottage on a rural complex that has good facilities for adults and children alike. Can be used year round as heating is great. Superb indoor pool and games room available for your use. All your needs are catered for in the cottage the gold star award is well deserved. Once you stay you will want to reaturn and will definitely recommend it to others.

Devon idyll
Excellent accomadtion with extra amenities I.e. swimming pool. Games room Outside play area for children in a very safe environment. A pleasant little complex.
Lots of places of interest to visit. Sea and moors, best of both worlds ideally situated.

Lovely small cottage for all the family and the dog!
This cottage is very nicely presented and well equipped. The living area is small but exactly as described and cosy with just enough room for the dog's bed. The bedrooms are a good size and both are ensuite. The ground floor bedroom was ideal for my mum of advance years and the first floor bedroom nice too, if you can manage a spiral staircase. The big bonus was the swimming pool which we used very morning. The information from the owner was very comprehensive especially the directions which were essential and the information in the cottage well organised. A boat trip to Dartmouth was recommended and we agree; it made for a lovely day out. We thought about taking the train and bus option as well but we thought that would be a bit rushed. The cottage location is a bit isolated so you have to drive some narrow lanes before you can start to get anywhere but all the lovely places to visit are within a reasonable distance by car.
