Local brasseries, antique shops, trendy coffee houses, pubs and restaurants are just around the corner and it’s a short stroll to the centre of Brighton. The property was built in about 1826 with its original Stucco style exterior and regency porch. The owners have taken great care to create a stylish boutique home from home, for large groups. Lower Ground Floor Bedroom Four - Sleeps 2, double bed. With new larger marble clad en suite shower room, wash basin and WC. Bedroom Five - Sleeps 3, in three single beds. Ground Floor Kitchen/Dining - Open plan kitchen/dining room, with table to seat 20 and Bose Bluetooth speakers. Oven Hob Nespresso Machine Microwave Fridge/ Freezer Dishwasher Cloakroom - With wash basin and WC. First Floor Living Room - Plenty of seating with L-shaped sofas which convert into 2 single beds, plus a large arm chair and a further 2 seater sofa which converts into a single bed. Sleeps 3 guests in total. 43 inc smart TV with freesat, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth speakers and Wifi. Second Floor Bedroom One - Sleeps 7, in 3 sets of single bunk beds, plus a single MADE chair bed. Bedroom Two - Sleeps 2, in a double bed. Third Floor Bedroom Three - Sleeps 3, has a super king size bed plus a single MADE chair bed. En suite with bath, shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Family Bathroom - With bath, shower over, wash basin and WC. Fourth Floor Dressing Room - A dedicated dressing room on the top floor, with shower room, wash basin and WC and Bose Bluetooth speakers. There is also a 43 inc smart TV with freesat, board games, DVD Player and beanbags. Things you need to know... There is a small balcony towards the rear of the property, on the first floor. Guests are advised to exercise caution - not suitable for ladies in heels! Sorry no all male groups accepted at this property. Please note: For groups of over 17, you will need to add the single sofa beds. These are complimentary, please remember to tick the relevant box on the booking page. We all had a lovely time at this beachside home. It was spacious and more than enough room for 12 of us. Only a 30 second walk from the beach and a 5 minutes from the pier. Perfect getaway beachside getaway for large groups

Had the most amazing stay at Daring by the seaside, the property was spacious, well decorated and had all the amenities needed. The property was central and anything you could want was only a walk away including the pier, bars and mini golf! Would 100%...More

Plenty of seating with a huge corner sofa and a large three seater sofa, which convert into two full sized double beds, plus a large arm chair and a further 2 seater sofa which converts into a single bed. How to get there
By air: Gatwick international airport is half an hour by road and rail from Brighton. The M23 connects Gatwick to Brighton and the London -Brighton rail link passes through Gatwick train station which is an integral part of the airport. Heathrow international airport is on the M25 which connects with the M23 at junction 7. There is a direct coach link to Gatwick or you can take the underground (Picadilly line) to London Victoria and catch a train or coach to Brighton. By road: From London: the M25/23 link provides road access from London and the rest of the country. From east and west: the main A27 and the A259 coast road connect Brighton to citys west and east. The A259 passes right along Brighton seafront. National Express coaches depart for Brighton from London Victoria coach station 19 times a day.
