NB Midweek breaks need to be 3 night minimum stay or if you require just the two nights these would still be charged at a 3 night rate. Any bookings can start any day except Saturday. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away . Enjoy nights out, quiet nights in, barbecues in the large garden ,country walks or sea side strolls it's up to you. Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3am on the weekends (except Sundays) Brighton is approximately 20 minute by bus or driving and taxis cost approx £20 to £28 for a 4/8 seater depending on your end point . This fabulous holiday let ticks all the boxes! Broomfield House is ideally located to access everything that Sussex has to offer; Beachy Head, the lovely Saltdean beaches and cafe, Saltdean lido with it's outdoor heated pool, The Seven Sisters Country Park, Rottingdean village (with a host of independent shops, pubs and cafes), the miles of beautiful coastline, our picturesque villages and of course the famous Brighton nightlife, restaurants and shopping!! Too much choice for me to even attempt to list here. The beauty of this area is that London can also be reached in under an hour by fast train links. Please read all our other lovely reviews from previous guests on this and other famous websites. HOUSE LAYOUT GROUND FLOOR LARGE KITCHEN DINING ROOM: Fully equipped with 2 french doors to the garden with king size gas barbecue and seating for 12 outside on a huge oak sleeper table. Garden is south facing so fabulous for sun bathing and great for children to play in an enclosed area. Small flat screen tv in the kitchen as well. 5 burner gas top stove 2 ovens and 1 grill. 2 large free standing fridge freezers with 6 freezer drawers. One under counter fridge with no freezer compartment. Dishwasher and washing machine . No tumble drier in the property . Clothes airer in the garden or 2 indoor airers located upstairs on the landing. LIVING ROOM 1: Sleeps 1 on 1 sofa bed , 65 inch smart TV & DVD; Plenty of DVDs and books are provided. OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM 2: TV & DVD player available here too. So no arguments about what to watch! French doors to patio. GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM 6: Bedroom with 3 x 3ft single beds and an in built small wardrobe with shelves. Tallboy cabinet with small drawer space and a matching bedside cabinet with further drawers. GROUND FLOOR Bathroom with shower enclosure, sink and toilet with black sparkly quartz floor. FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM 1: Sleeps 2 with King Size bed. Flat screen TV Decorated with zesty orange accessories. Own en-suite shower room with WC and basin. BEDROOM 2: Sleeps 2, 5ft Queen bed, aubergine curtains and accessories, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets complete the room. BEDROOM 3: Sleeps 1 with 3ft single bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet and lamp. BEDROOM 4: Sleeps 2, on a 4ft 6" double bed, teal accessories and damask wallpaper, Flat screen tv. Huge wardrobe and chest of drawers En-suite shower and wash basin. (no toilet in this ensuite) BEDROOM 5: Sleeps 2 on two 3ft single beds with huge wardrobe and drawers. FAMILY BATHROOM: Fitted with 'P' shaped bath, electric shower over, curved glass shower screen, wash basin and WC. A dream of a home ,location and service
We were located close to sea front , my family had a fantastic time all were amazed at the tidiness and size of the property. Everything was catered for lovely big kitchen , numerous televisions to keep everyone happy . Lovely big beautiful garden and extremely comfortable beds. The location couldn’t be better,walking distance to some excellent pubs and restaurants and a bus top at the end of the road which a magnificent bus service into Brighton and beyond. This was our 50 th anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better break for all my family. Last but not least Jill our host , very approachable and helpful person nothing was too much trouble for her . All in all and wonderful place to visit and certainly would consider choosing again ,Thank you Jill for everything

Great South Coast Holiday Home
Broomfield House was booked as the the venue for our annual extended family getaway and it proved to be an excellent choice. It’s Ideally located for many of the attractions in the area and very well appointed. Jill and Ben are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble and with regards the house itself they’ve pretty much thought of everything. Definitely recommended.

Great for a family stay
Three generations of my family stayed here for three nights as we were all going to a wedding in Brighton. It was perfect for that purpose - a really lovely house, enough bedrooms for all of us (we were a party of nine), and the large and very well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, we spent a lot of our time in the house in there. There's a lot of attention to detail - nice bathrooms, good showers, plenty of fridge space, even a decent hairdryer (not a common thing in holiday rentals!). We felt very comfortable in the house and not crowded, it was very well thought out. Nice and near to a beach, which the kids loved, and near a couple of decent pubs too that do food, all easily walkable (the beach has steps down to it). The bus into Brighton takes around 20 mins, with all the options that Brighton offers, and runs quite late. We would definitely stay again if we had a need for somewhere in the area. It's situated in a residential road, so probably not suitable for stag/hen parties unless you're quite a sedate bunch, but for a family group it was spot on.

Perfect Family Break
Broomfiled House has everything you could need and more for the perfect family trip to the seaside! My family and I (9 adults, 3 children and bubba) all had a brilliant stay, the house is immaculate, amenities on your doorstep and plenty to do/see locally. We had wonderful weather and were able to make use of the Broomfield Houses beautiful garden, which was fab for the kiddies, and even had a BBQ with coals Jill & Ben had left out for us! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay. Jill & Ben go out of their way to make you welcome and comfrotable in their home. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. They left a plentiful welcome pack which was extremely generous and nothing too much trouble, get contact before, during and after our stay! We are already looking to book agian for next year :o) Thank you again Jill & Ben, Love the Stewart Clan! x

Great Coastal House
Lovely welcoming property over the road from a lovely coastal walk with access to the beach! A very well looked after property with everything you could possibly need for the perfect stay! The owner ( Jill) is very approachable and on hand 24/7 to help with any queries/general questions you may need answering. There is a bus at the bottom of the road which takes you straight into Brighton-although we found this to be quite expensive for 6 of us (£2.80 single) and opted to book some town centre parking online! Jill kindly filled the fridge with bread,milk,orange juice and other groceries which was very much appreciated. Linen and towels are all provided which is very helpful. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful, well equipped and comfortable home for large family holiday
Close to Saltdean beach and lido and Rottingdean. 10 mins drive to Brighton marina with free parking, shops, restaurants and entertainment for all the family. Good bus service into Brighton, running till 3am.We enjoyed browsing in the Lanes and going to the car boot sale on Sunday on top floor of marina car park. The house was wonderful, with enough TVs with Now TV to keep everyone happy and a huge selection of DVD's to borrow. We had fun in the attractive and secure garden and had a great BBQ with all the family. The beds were comfortable and the enormous kitchen was very well equipped with 3 fridges and 2 freezers. We had several excellent meals in the Tavern pub just across the road and had lovely Thai, Chinese, Indian and pizza takeaways from up the hill by the garage and at the end of the road. Thank you Jill and Ben for your warm welcome and all the wine and food you left for us you had thought of everything to make our stay perfect!

Has everything you will ever need, 10/10
The house is like a tardis, loads of room and the kitchen has everything that you would ever need. All the rooms are top spec and the beds were really comfy. If you get some sun as we did, the outside space is the icing on the cake.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful house
Broomfield house is everything it promises to be and more! 11 of us ladies stayed here for the weekend for our friends Hen do, it was just what we wanted... close enough to Brighton for a night out, near the sea and of course a little bit of luxury. The house is stunning, beautifully decorated and with everything you. The host was very polite and very helpful with any queries I had. Jill made sure there was some staple supplies left for us like bread, milk tea coffee etc which was a lovely thoughtful touch! The garden is beautiful and we made use of the kitchen and outside space as the weather was so warm when we stayed. Would love to stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone thinking of staying. A lovely break :)

Beautiful and clean, and suited our extended family of 11 perfectly
We were a group of 11, including 5 children, and the house suited us perfectly for our 10 day stay in England. It was very clean, beautiful and well looked after. The spacious and well equipped kitchen came in handy and had more than enough sitting space for everyone. We also loved the beautiful garden with lovely flowers and a huge sturdy table where we often enjoyed our meals in the warm and sunny weather. The two lounges with a tv each were also nice and it was good to have a separate tv for the kids. The four bathrooms/toilets were very clean and it was good to have so many. The location is good - peaceful but jet central. We drove around and visited many attractions including Brighton, the beach at Seaford, The Big Park, Arundel Castle and Drusilla Park. The homeowners were very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this property for a family holiday.

Perfect Holiday Home for Large Parties
We were greeted by the owner Ben on arrival who showed us around. Immaculate accommodation throughout with a spacious kitchen with two large fridge freezers and a single fridge. The bedrooms were of good size and the whole house was clean and tidy. There was a nice sized garden with plenty of seating and a Bbq. Brighton Pier is a 10-minute bus ride which stops at the end of the road. Off road parking for 3 cars in front of the house. I would strongly recommend this beautiful holiday home to friends and family and would definitely return for another vacation.

Broomfieldhouse is located just a short walk to the coast road and beach where you will find two pubs with sea views and 3 restaurants as well as the main bus stop where you can catch buses that run every 10 minutes to Brighton or going the other way to Seaford head , the Seven Sisters Country Park or Eastbourne and Beach Head. There are steps in front of the Smugglers pub that take you down to one beach or if you walk in the other direction there is a ramp down to another beach and a promenade . Going towards Brighton and just over the hill is Saltdean that is the start of the promenade to Brighton Marina and the city you will find a couple of pubs along the way and an outdoor heated Swimming pool as well .
