With six bedrooms and sleeping up to 11 people, this Exclusively Eastbourne holiday home is perfect for extended families wanting a relaxed seaside break. There is a pleasant rear garden and well-behaved dogs are considered (supplement applies). With six bedrooms and sleeping up to 11 people, this Exclusively Eastbourne holiday home is perfect for extended families wanting a relaxed seaside break. There is a pleasant rear garden and well-behaved dogs are considered (supplement applies). The living space is set on the ground floor and includes the main lounge, with two big sofas, an armchair and a fabulous open fireplace. There is also a large screen Smart TV which includes internet-based viewing options as well as the regular channels (so don't forget your Netflix log in!). If you're wanting a quiet spot to enjoy a book while the others watch TV, then you can hide out in the second sitting room - complete with chaise longue, a bookcase full of books and French doors overlooking the front garden. This floor also has the dining room, with a lovely big table that seats 11, and a separate kitchen that is well equipped, including a big American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (bring your own pods). A door from the kitchen opens to your private rear garden, complete with outdoor dining set. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, another smart TV, a wall of wardrobes (no need to skimp on your packing) and an ensuite shower room. This floor also has a twin bedroom, a double room and a family bathroom (with a bath and shower over). The top floor boasts a further two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and another bathroom. No stag or hen groups are permitted at this family home. A well behaved, small-to-medium sized dog may be considered if adult, neutered and house trained. A supplement would apply, please contact us to discuss your pet. WiFi is provided, plus linen and towels (bring your own beach towels). There is free parking on street, and if there aren't spaces available, there is a very reasonably priced car park just down the same road.More

Seahorse Villa, Seaford

Lovely large house

Brilliant warm home-from-home holiday

Three generations enjoyed the comfortable accommodation a short walk from the beautiful beach, but close to shops. Cycling the wide seaside promenade was fun for all. A short drive to lovely Eastbourne and fab Towner Gallery. Fridge freezer amazing. We'd love to visit again!

Clean and spacious!

Fantastic holiday villa, close to the train station and the town centre. About a 5 easy minute walk to the beach. Incredibly clean and well equipped, and tons of space. Would recommend.

Perfect seaside townhouse
