A self contained, newly refurbished (in Aug 2018) property offering a very high standard of accommodation, sleeping four. Located in Seaford, East Sussex, the property is adjacent to the owner's home, so they are always on site should you need them. The property benefits from having plenty of FREE on-road parking just around the corner & free wifi. The property comprises a modern living area, flat screen television with freeview & a blue-ray player, leather sofabed, breakfast bar with two stools, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The separate bedroom features a comfortable small double bed, wardrobe storage and the door to the main bathroom. ideal location to explore the area. Accommodation very cozy but too small for two weeks. Terrace unusable roadside unusable because too much traffic. Friendly and helpful owners with welcome gift. Bed too narrow. Ideal apartment for a short stay.

Had a fantastic weekend, the sun was shining which always helps, but as far as accommodation goes this holiday home was clean, modern, private and perfectly located, only 20 minute walk to the beach front. Would highly recommend and will definitely re-book again, great value...More
