Little Brecon is a situated conveniently on the edge of the new South Downs National Park, within an 8 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre of Seaford. The newly decorated accommodation is spacious and light with great views towards Seaford Head and the golf course. Little Brecon is attached to our house but is completely separate with its own very sunny south facing patio. Wonderful property wonderful location

Quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable in a beautiful area.

Little Brecon is in a beautiful location with easy access to walks from the door along the coast or to nearby buses to travel further afield. There is also a lovely view from the front of the accommodation across Seaford Golf Course. The South Downs...More

Lovely seaside accomodation

Welcoming hosts, generous sized accommodation, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Lovely view of the park area and Seaford Head golf course from the private patio. Parking no problem.

Comfortable and well appointed

An excellent and well equipped unit for our purpose of visiting family in the area. Close to Eastbourne and Brighton using our rental car. Helpful host. Would recommend this listing to others.

Could have been better

Nothing wrong with the location except it is opposite a common area which is frequented by too many dog walkers, not an enjoyable view. The accommodation was clean but more attention to detail was needed as we found dust in all corners. Other people's toiletries...More

About the neighbourhood
Seaford is a small coastal town in the beautiful county of East Sussex. Its located on the edge of the new South Downs National Park and enjoys possibly some of the best weather in the UK. It has excellent transport links to Brighton, Eastbourne, Lewes and London. Its very close to Newhaven with its ferry service to France. A secret gem undiscovered by many yet with some of the best walking country in the South, The Seven Sisters are amazing and so unspoilt.
Getting around
Excellent transport links; buses to Brighton, Newhaven and Eastbourne every 10 minutes and trains to Lewes, London, Hastings. Why not walk to Eastbourne over the Seven Sisters from house and then catch the bus back.
