We had a lovely 3 night midweek stay. There are plenty of bedrooms. Given the number of people that can now stay the kitchen is rather small and the house would definitely benefit from a second fridge. The sitting area is also limited, but this...More

I booked this house for 2 night for 12 girls for my cousin's hen weekend. The kitchen/living space was absolutely perfect for us to eat, drink and have fun, and the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and two en-suite master rooms. Jason and Melanie...More

About the neighbourhood
The house is located on a private estate with a variety of housing from flats through to large houses such as this. We have mainly young professionals and young families in the area. The small, enclosed park opposite the house is well used by kids playing soccer, people exercising dogs and neighbours just hanging out. The natives are friendly and do not bite. Some are even house trained. Just a short 5 - 8 minute walk from the house are local supermarkets catering for tastes from budget (Aldi) to luxury (Wholefoods), clothes shops (Next & Outfit), some coffee shops and other retailers. There are a number of public footpaths nearby. We are about 2 miles from the town centre, the racecourse and the airport. If you need to rent a car then we have Enterprise a short walk from the house and Avis, Hertz and Alamo a short drive away.
