At first floor level, the building is arranged to provide a similar layout to the ground floor, with 4 x two bed flats (Flat 3, 4, 9, 10), of which Flat 3 and 4 are accessed via the northern entrance, and 9 and 10 accessed via the western entrance.At second (top) floor level, the building is arranged to provide 4 x one-bedroom flats (Flat 5 and 6 at the northern entrance, and Flat 11 and 12 at the western entrance).
