I booked the trip in March 2016 and a £100 "Security deposit" was required. It was stated by the owner the deposit would be returned "Upon check out once property is checked." When we returned home I contacted the owner and asked for the deposit...More

Barn is to a nice specification. Everything works. Part of a larger development but very nice and surrounded by countryside. Great location particularly 4 windermere visitor centre which has lots of things to keep kids entertained.
