This was our second stay with this provider and we were not disappointed. A different apartment this time, a first floor flat in a city centre location. The flat is finished to a high standard with premium fixtures and fittings and everything you could want - all the little details and extras that make a stay go smoothly.
The location is very central with everywhere within walking distance - from the cathedral to the charming shops and restaurants on Steep Hill to the hustle and bustle of the High Street and Brayford Quays nightlife. Despite this there is very little street noise and none once retired to the bedrooms at the rear.
Very comfortable, good quality linens and towels and spotlessly clean in kitchen and bathroom.
We shall definitely be back again.

We really enjoyed staying here. David was very easy to work with, and he had provided everything in the apartment that we needed. He was able to get us a car pass for a nearby car park for a reasonable price as well. The apartment is very stylishly furnished, the neighborhood and the common area inside the building felt safe, and it was very conveniently located close to the central High St. area. The central location was a great boon for my wife, who has knee problems. Even with the windows open, the neighborhood was reasonably quiet, although we could hear noise from a nearby club on Saturday and Wednesday nights. Ironically, thanks to the nice heavy bedroom doors, the sounds from inside the apartment were much more muffled than the sounds from outside. There are several nice restaurants nearby, as well as two stores (Tesco and Spar) where we could purchase food. With six people (two couples and two kids), we filled the apartment to capacity, but it worked out well. We only experienced two downsides. The doors were heavy enough that they would close quite loudly if you weren't careful, which was primarily only a problem for those nighttime trips to the toilet. That is a trade-off for how well they muffled sound when they were closed. The second was that the clothes washer door latch didn't reliably catch, and we had to play with it a bit to get it to lock. There isn't a dryer, so we hung up the washed clothes inside the apartment to dry. We would definitely stay here again, and we would recommend it to others.
