Booked for 4 nights only stayed 1 and lost my money
The bedding was dirty, the bin not emptied, the dishwasher and oven broken , the shower low pressure and didn’t get hot, the flat generally grubby. There was no parking despite specifying it.
The owner refused to engage with the issues and inferred that I was lying.
I have been a Homeaway customer for many years but this has put me off returning as I seem to have no consumer protection against this sort of problem.
