Immediately adjacent both to the River Mersey & Liverpool Marina,which brings the peace and quiet of the marina area, yet within 5-10 minutes walk of the Pier Head, the Liverpool Echo Arena/BT Conference Centre, the Albert Dock and the new vast Liverpool One shopping centre. Ideally sited for the events of the Capital of Culture 2008 and only 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

The Positives... the location, the building and security. The Negatives...everything else! Including no heating only hot water!! We were three middle aged ladies going to the Echo Arena. We arrived at 4pm (giving plenty of time for cleaning) found the apartment and gained access. As we entered the apartment we were met with a musty smell, we later found out...

This guest is a moaner. one of her other complaints was toast crumbs in toaster. Look at other reviews.

Stayed for three nights, our party consisted of myself, husband and father-in-law (sprightly 92 year old). Well located for main attractions, Mersey ferry trip, Liverpool museum, Beatles story, terminus for open top buses, Tate Modern etc. We tended to take taxis to and fro as too far for father in law to walk each time, although only about a mile...
