Bedroom 2 1 x double bed with side table with table lamp and clock. Coat hanger on wall behind door. Bathroom A shower over bath with shower screen. A non slip bath mat. Toilet and basin. A large led mirror with demister. Kitchen/diner Fully equipped with washer/dryer, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, full sized fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Delongi coffee machine. A glass table that seats four with chairs. Cups, saucers, plates, mugs, glass tumblers, wine & champagne glasses and cutlery. Kitchenware pots and pans are available for cooking if desired. Internet & charging points Wi-fi and usb socket connections for charging mobile and computer devices are available in all rooms. Free complimentary tea, coffee, water & soft drinks available. Check in is from 4pm and check out is 11pm. Our cleaners will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) - We provide 1 x bath towel per guest. Please bring your own if you require more. We also have extra pillows and blankets for your comfort and support. These are stored in the twin bedroom wardrobe. Replacement charge for lost keys/fobs door key - £15, door fob - £36, carpark shutter remote - £72, car lift remote - £84 Car parking - There is only one allocated secure underground car park space available. It is in the basement of the building and accessed via a car lift. It is best to think of it as a very large passenger lift that is big enough to accommodate a car. * Please check your vehicles dimensions for car park lift before booking * Car lift dimensions Length - 590cm, Width - 250cm & Height - 220cm. Instructions and use will shown on arrival at check in. * Please Note * Essential renovation work on the communal interior and exterior walls of the building only. The management company has assured all residents that disruption will be kept to a minimal. Scaffolding erecting and might have noise disturbance between 8am - 10am approximately during weekdays only. Work is due to start February 2024 and last for approximately 18 months. Apologies for any inconvenience.
