Lots of space. 2nd bedroom with King size bed , large window and just across from family bathroom. Great open plan kitchen with island. Black granite worktops. Windows all around so plenty of light. Spotlights overhead. Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer. Everything to cook a great meal . NOTE We are expecting parts of the building to have some temporary scaffolding up from 25th FEB 2023 for maintenance for the block which may or may not effect our apartment during your stay. We are ideally looking for clients to stay for a week or 2 rather than a few days. Business people working in the area, or ex pats who like to return to the Uk for some time in the year and want a comfortable stay in spacious accommodation. Somewhere to work, rest and play. Secure parking is available at low cost.(currently £10 per night) FOR SECURITY REASONS WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OFFER very SHORT BREAKS. MINIMUM IS 3 nights - We can offer special Monthly rates whereby u clean and launder yourselves . Whether you are a culture vulture, music fanatic, ravenous food lover or retail king or queen, Liverpool will not disappoint! It is just one minute walk to James Street station , a direct line to Royal Liverpool Hoylake Golf course. Journey time 25 mins, 10 mins easy walk to M &S Arena EUROVISION !!!

Gorgeous Flat
The flat is extremely light, well furnished, lots of equipment inc Nespresso machine. Lots of tasteful bling. Just lovely being able to rent something so swanky for 3 nights! Comfortable beds, soft linens and great bathrooms too. Only regretted not having more time to be in it! Centrally located - 3 mins walk to the main shopping parade and Liverpool 1. Tiny bit hard to find as the entrance is around the back. The lady who looks after everything was extremely helpful and friendly.

Amazing Apartment.
Well worth the money, Leanne the lady who looks after the apartment and meets you and deals with the keys and car park fob is wonderful. I have seen one complaint about the fountain in the courtyard. We found it relaxing and to us it sounded like waves crashing on the beach. The car park space in right at the bottom of the car park. One slight problem with the space which is beyond the control of the owner is that when it rains the car is in a puddle. We were charged £10/ night which is excellent value for a secure personal space with direct lift access the the floor the apartment is on. It was spotless and in very good condition with all the things needed, and has lots of natural sunlight. If driving be careful with the sat nav it tried to send us down a pedestrian street then the wrong way down one way streets, but once sorted access is straight forward. If on the train it is a short walk from James Street Station. It is an easy walk to the water front and the city centre. Do read the information pack and take note of the electricity allowance especially if you are there for more than a few days, basically be sensible with the energy consumption. Well worth considering.

Weekend in Liverpool
Very pleased with our apartment cleanliness decor and location. Jill the owner kept us informed and replied to any questions we had Very promptly. We had a warm welcome on arrival an the apartment was explained precisely. We would stay there again.

the apartment was spotless on arrival had everything we needed beds where comfortable,there was everything you there you needed,close to all attractions next time we visit liverpool we will stay here again

Great location for a city stay
Very well equipped and beautifully maintained apartment within easy reach of the main attractions in this splendid city. The car parking is a boon and the many local restaurants offer a wide range of options in case you want a complete break. Two big bedrooms and lots of space in the comfortable open plan main room.

Bright and lovely apartment
Process to book online was easy and communication from the owner Jill was easy. Honestly the only issues that we ran into were caused by us. Our arrival time kept changing due to multiple driving issues (including a bus that blocked the motorway for over an hour, along with just bad luck at every step of the way). Because of this, we weren't able to meet our contact in a timely manner, and alternative arrangements were made, which were very appreciated. The only reason I mention this, is to show how great it was to work with Jill and her team and the lengths that they went to, to make sure that everything worked out. When we did arrive, we found a large and well maintained apartment that would suit us quite well. There were a series of dumb issues related to how we arrived, again our fault, that were quickly resolved, and would have been even more quickly resolved if we had have been smart enough (or awake enough?) to find the very thorough book that explained how to do pretty much anything in the apartment which was clearly sitting in front of us the entire time. Once our own idiocy was taken care of, we had a great time in Liverpool. The apartment was located very close to where we wanted to be. Lots of pubs and shops and grocery stores nearby. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Liverpool ** note for travelers from North America ** This is not specific to this apartment, but a general note when booking private rentals in the UK. When there is a washer / dryer included in the listing, it does not mean the same thing that we expect from that statement. If you plan on travelling light and doing laundry, consider going to a laundromat. The washer / dryer will more than likely be very small and the drying function is meant more to remove some moisture from the clothing with the intent to be hang to dry. Also, hot water is handled quite differently than in North America, so be sure to ask how to turn it on.

Excelente departamento !
La ubicación es inmejorable, a 4 cuadras del Albert Dock, 2 cuadras de la estatua de los Beatles y el museo de Liverpool, 4 cuadras de The Cavern. Hay todo tipo de comercios, supermercados, restaurantes y bares cerca. La peatonal Lord St. que luego se convierte en Church St. está a 3 cuadras. La estación de subte James St. a una cuadra, el shopping Liverpool One y la estación de bus a 4 cuadras. Lime Station está a unos 15 minutos caminando. Se puede ir en subte desde James St. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy amplio y luminoso con vidrio desde el techo al piso en el living y cocina. Un TV en el living y un espacio para trabajar con mesa, silla e impresora, y un buen wifi sin ser excelente. Las dos habitaciones son grandes con un buen placard y camas cómodas. Si hay que marcar un detalle, una de las camas tenía el colchón con los resortes algo vencidos en uno de los bordes. En la cocina hay lavavajillas, lavasecarropas, heladera y freezer embutidos en los muebles, queda muy bien a la vista y son prácticos. Tostadora, cafetera para cápsulas nespresso, microondas y pava eléctrica, todos productos de excelente calidad. La cocina está en forma de isla, y hay vajilla de buena calidad, sartenes y cacerolas con todos los implementos si se quiere cocinar en el horno u hornallas eléctricas. La calefacción es con radiadores en el living y piezas, también hay aire acondicionado que no utilizamos por la época. Lindos detalles de la dueña, que dejó por ejemplo un vino, bombones, helados en el freezer, etc. Había todo tipo de productos Iara lavar o limpiar, solo tuvimos que comprar para lavar la ropa. Un detalle es que el agua caliente puede acabarse porque, si entendí bien, se calienta solo a la noche. Un par de veces en los 40 días que estuvimos nos quedamos sin agua caliente y es realmente molesto. Pero tiene un segundo dispositivo para calentar que se puede encender para calentar otro tanque de agua. Incluso con estos pequeños detalles, el departamento es excelente !! Volvería sin dudar.

Almost perfection!
This apartment is great, its much bigger than it looks and the location is perfect.You will be hard pushed to find something this good in this location. Also the price is excellent. It's a real home from home and there is everything you need, and lots that you probably don't! Which is a good thing. Express stores nearby, shops, pubs you name it. Someone complained about the noise of the waterfall in the plaza area keeping them awake. It sounds like waves crashing on the shore and it's wonderful. (and turns off at 11pm). City centre yet very quiet. The only reason its 'almost perfect' is the storage heating. It's not quite up to the job in the massive living area, but its no deal breaker. Book it you will love it.

City break
We wanted a comfortable apartment, ideally placed to Liverpool city centre to explore all that Liverpool has to offer. This Apartment fitted that Bill exactly, being only 5 mins from Albert Dock, the Maritime Museum, the Museum of Liverpool and the Mersey Ferry Terminal. There was also the excellent British Music Experience and the Beatles Story. We were also 5 mins from the Cavern quarter with the must visit Cavern Club, and Liverpool One. The Apartment was comfortable, reasonably well equipped, but is as it says a work in progress, there were one or two damaged items, and no shaver socket. A visit to Poundland sorted the latter. We enjoyed the widescreen Tv, and the stereo unit equipped with an iPod dock. The kitchen area was excellent. We weren't a fan of kitchen island's before, but may have to change our opinion. If you travel by car we recommend the underground car park, with total security, and easy access. The fee was well worth it for peace of mind. We didn't see anybody at reception all week so assume it is not manned. The advertising picture is a little misleading, but we felt perfectly safe and secure. We had a fire alarm at 4.35 am, due to a smoker. Please read the Fire notices in reception for what to do in the event of an alarm. There was a lot of building work in the area, and a restaurant below, but it wasn't too noisy. It is a city, so some coming and going is to be expected. Overall we were very pleased with this property and it was an excellent base to explore this interesting city.

Fabulous apartment - very spacious, clean and fun!
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Jill's apartment. It had everything we needed and more. We would love to return on our next visit to Liverpool. Very spacious, great furnishings and immaculately clean. Would highly recommend! Thank you Jill.
