After a great day of sightseeing/shopping, the balcony is a perfect spot to reflect on the day while enjoying a drink in the afternoon sun with views of the Metropolitan Cathedral. The good size double master bedroom has an en-suite with shower, super king size double bed setup OR twin bed setup. With double wardrobe, 3 drawer bedside cabinet and bedside cabinets. The 2nd good size double bedroom has either a 2 x single bed setup OR a 1 x king-size double bed. With drawers and a walk in wardrobe to store your new clothes from your shopping spree. The well lit small single 3rd bedroom with views of Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral has 1 x single bed, set of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The 2nd spacious well lit bathroom has toilet, bath and shower. The fully fitted kitchen, with espresso coffee machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, breakfast bar + stools, with all dishes and utensils supplied for you budding amateur chefs. Towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, ironing facilities, as well as welcome pack in the kitchen containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits. Guests will have access to a free secure indoor parking space. There is a large communal patio-ed courtyard, which all residents have access to from the 1st floor.

Central to town and Albert Dock
This is a lovely warm 3 bed apartment, It was very clean, extremely neat and tidy. It is close to the Albert Dock and a 5 min walk to the Liverpool One, so a great location for a night on the town.

Great Location for Liverpool City Centre, spacious but not luxurious.
This 2nd Floor Apartment is a great base for exploring Liverpool City Centre. Its practically across the road from the Liverpool Albert Dock and Arena complex. There is a Tesco local just down the street. Liverpool One about 5 mins max. Accommodation is acceptable. The apartment is functional but not luxurious or you would describe as cosy, maybe a little tired! The hosts were friendly and made us feel at home.

Perfect, spotlessly clean centrally located apartment .
Mark's apartment was perfect for our stay in Liverpool as it was within easy walking distance of all city centre attractions. The apartment was well appointed with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay. Mark's communication leading up to our visit was second to none and check in was very flexible which was excellent given the unpredictability of international flights. We would certainly stay here again should we return to Liverpool.

Walk Everywhere
Mark and his family are fantastic hosts and apartment is the best quality we have ever experienced. The modern apartment is a easy walk to all of the city centre. The apartment is in a quiet residential location and has everything we need. Mark local knowledge and recommendations made are holiday 5 stars. Thanks Mark we will be back.

Lovely apartment and well situated
At Chandler's Wharf, a stone's throw from Albert Dock and Liverpool One. We spent Christmas in this lovely apartment which catered for our every need. We sailed on the Mersey ferry and saw the Christmas 3D lights at a Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Would recommend. Underground parking firm over zealous though.

Prime QUIET location in the HIP Baltic Triangle area at the heart of the city centre-based close to the Liverpool One shopping centre, Albert Dock, Rope Walk area and being close to theatres, restaurants and bars, makes it a perfect location for all – leisure and business travellers. Large Supermarket within short walking distance and a small corner shop right next door for any basics open until 10 pm. The Cathedrals, Museums, Art Galleries, Theaters of Liverpool and China town are all within a short walking distance of the apartment. The Albert Dock is just a few minutes walk away, and as well as being very beautiful, it plays host to The Beatles Story, The Tate Gallery, Maritime Museum, Museum of Liverpool, International Slavery Museum, Mersey Ferries! and forms part of the UNESCO world heritage of Liverpool waterfront area. The city is culturally rich with historic buildings around every corner. The City Center has a nightlife for every taste, with beautiful traditional pubs, bustling hip bars, a variety of great restaurants, numerous theatres, world-famous nightclubs, fantastic live music venues and the odd quaint dive or two. All this within a short walking distance of the apartment.
Getting around
Walking will get you to all local amenities, while the main bus station is 3 minutes walk away with links to the airport and all Liverpool suburbs. The underground local railway is 8 minutes walk away, again with links to the airport and stations throughout Merseyside. The River Mersey ferry service is 9 minutes walk away with river cruises and links to the Wirral Peninsula. Regional Railway station is a 12-minute walk away, with links to the whole of the UK. Liverpool FC football stadium Anfield and Everton FC Goodison Park are within easy bus/taxi or driving distance 10 minutes away.
