Beautifully decorated three bedroom flat in Belsize Park. This lovely flat is only 3 mins walk from Belsize Park tube station and 15 mins to Central London. Also the lovely Hampstead Heath is a 10 mins walk away. This home is part of London’s cultural history - it’s part of a converted Victorian home. It is bright and spacious with access to a lovely little garden. It has three bedrooms and a sofabed in the living room which opens into a full double and therefore sleeps 8 adults. It was decorated recently by a local interior designer and I hope you enjoy staying here. The living room is set up for lounging and getting together with your family. There is TV with basic freeview channels but we hope you don’t spend all your time watching TV when there is so much to see outside. There is also a large dining table for your meals that you can whip up in my fully equipped kitchen. You will find a kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc. We have also left plenty of tea, coffee and sugar for a relaxing cuppa to begin your day everyday! All three bedrooms are fairly good sized and come with double beds. I provide all my guests with hotel style luxury linens. All the beds and mattresses are brand new so you are assured a good night’s sleep. The flat has two bathrooms and in each of them you will find large white fluffy towels, shampoo and shower gel. And ladies there is a hair dryer for you so no need to pack it! Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Other things to note There is no aircon in the flat - same has 99.9% of flats in London. On a warm day, open the windows and wait for the heat wave to pass which it will as we don't get more than 10 sunny days a year ;) Neighbourhood Nearby is Hampstead, a lovely area - very green, safe, beautiful, full of high end shops and cafes but only 15 minutes away from the city centre. You can get to the centre of London, Leicester Square, Charing Cross station - all in around 20 minutes from Belsize Park station. Top tip for the local experience, try out the Farmers Market in Hampstead Heath at the weekends - you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here! If you're looking for the more quirky goods, then there is the alternative Camden Market. Situated next to the canal, it is a lovely area with many great bars which offer some of the famous local craft beers, the infamous and wide-ranging street food and of course the market itself. London Zoo is a major attraction and a great place to take the kids, with it's large array of exhibits and menagerie it is sure to be a fun filled day for the whole family. The best part is that it is only a mile from the front door! Guest access The apartment is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor.
