Ignore the all-caps and just stay here
As frequent UK visitors, we highly recommend Steve’s flat and have never stayed in a better place anywhere in London. The five us (three generations) stayed for four nights, enjoyed every minute, and found everything clean and in order. Surrounded by theaters, restaurants and easy transport options, the flat is nonetheless quietly situated on a private courtyard. It appears to be a perfectly good kitchen but with so many great eateries nearby, why use it? Carryout from Drury 188-189 even made us skip our usual routine of making breakfast, although the Tesco Express down the block was plenty convenient. Check-in was lockbox easy and just as much of a snap when we left. Elena and Steve answered all questions and communications were prompt amd professional. The lay-out has two bedrooms with en-suites (one with a separate bath/shower) upstairs and the living room pullout couch and other bedroom on ground floor with a half-bath by the front door. We would gladly stay again.

Excellent!
This was hands-down our favorite vacation rental in London! It's spacious, covering two floors and has a cozy, outdoor space (unfort it was a bit too cold during our visit to spend much time out there). The flat is securely located in a private courtyard and noise level was minimal at most (perfect for our family). The space was very clean and the hosts (Steve and Rio) were super responsive. The location is amazing - so much within walking distance ... the tube, bus stops, restaurants, pubs and shopping. The only downside to giving such a positive review is that we wish to stay again and hope it's not already taken!

Modern excellent location spacious flat.
We had a lovely stay, we are a very large family and apartment was exceptionally located and layut was perfetc for our needs, difficult to find something to complain about in fact nothing, it was absolutely perfect for us, the courtyard was unique and separated it us from the buste and hussle of the street . It would have been just perfect if the bedroom on ground floor had a wardrobe or some sort of piece of furniture to hang clothes and a shower in the bathroom, the person who slept downstairs had to go upstairs to shower.. which wasn't a disaster but would have been nicer for comfort if bathorrom downstairs had all the necessary. i would recomment this apartment and would happily stay there again in future. Anything we asked for was delivered and we were very well looked after by the person in charge. Thanks Luisa
