This spacious apartment has a large living room and separate dining area with seating for up to six guests. There is a well equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dish-washer, oven & hob, microwave and full cooking equipment. Gratton Road has two well-proportioned bedrooms, one with king size bed, made by the extremely comfy Loaf beds, the other with two single beds (which can be attached), and lots of storage space. There is a modern bathroom with travertine tiling and modern bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided
There is a Smart TV in the sitting room with all freeview channels, and an Amazon Firestick to connect to Netflix and Amazon etc. Also free Wi-Fi broadband access.
The property is cleaned before and after your arrival and Ana the housekeeper cleaner is available for additional cleaning if required, and there is also a washing machine/drying rack available. There is security intercom access from the street below.
There are a variety of local shops and pubs in Brook Green, and also a short walk away on High Street Kensington you will find a huge array of world class restaurants and big-name shops. The new mega-mall at Westfield (the biggest in Europe) with its extensive retail, restaurant, leisure and transport facilities is also within easy walking distance.
The area is one of the most desirable parts of West London, situated as it is within easy reach of Heathrow Airport (25 mins by car), the heart of super-smart Kensington & Chelsea, London's glorious nearby Holland and Hyde parks, the amazing new shopping centre at Westfield, numerous nearby tube stations and some of the best restaurants and gastro pubs in the capital.

Lovely clean apartment close to restaurants and shops
Apartment spotless and comfortable and quiet. 12 minute flat walk to underground tube station Barron Court (zone 2) and 15 minutes to central London.
Can walk to pub, restaurants and supermarkets in less than 5 minutes..

A great place
The appartment is really comfortable and have everything you need if you want to eat or clean your stuff.
It is big enough to have space for four people.
I recommend a lot this place and the owner is very helpful and nice.

Home away from home
What a fantastic gem of an apartment. Close proximity to restaurants, pubs, a variety of tube stations, shops and Westfield shopping centre. Apartment had everything we needed. It was great to be able to come back and relax after a day of sight seeing. Our two kids loved it- aged 5 and 7 years. It was their first visit to London and they loved it so we will definitely be back. Thanks for having us Hugo.

Nice clean flat near Kensington Olympia station
Nice clean two bedroom flat. Full kitchen, dining area and living area. Nice shower and tub, plenty of hot water. Owners are great to work with, allow early check in (Sm fee, but worth it if coming in from the states and arrive in am). A little tricky to find so take a cab with luggage from big station then easy to get around with Oyster card. Can walk to Westfield mall for shopping and food. Nice neighborhood, quiet at night. A number of steps to get up to door. Would stay there again.

May Bank holiday
This 2 bedroom apartment gave us a perfect home from home experience. Located within walking distance of a tube station giving us access to all areas of London.
Also close to places to eat and drink.

Excellent Apartment in a great location
We travelled as a family with 2 young girls and we had the most fantastic stay in this gorgeous apartment. Everything from start to finish was just perfect. It was so lovely to come back after a busy day sightseeing to relax with all the comforts from home. The apartment is in an ideal location with some lovely restaurants close by. We are already looking to plan our next visit. Many thanks for sharing your wonderful house with us.

Best apartment ever!
We have stayed in this apartment for several years now while exhibiting at Olympia, and we come back each year because it is quite simply the nicest apartment I have stayed in.....and having worked all over the UK I have stayed in plenty!
It is difficult to pinpoint exactly why it is so special.....it is very comfortable and relaxing to return to after a long day at Olympia and it really does feel like home. Olympia is just a four minute walk away and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby, and a shop just up the road. Hugo, the owner is very helpful and there is plenty of information in the apartment about places to eat and visit while in London.

Cozy family friendly retreat
Great place for a family, plenty of space to stretch out. Handy location, with lots of amenities close by - restaurants, subway, shopping. Would definitely recommend!
