Nice townhome on our first visit to London. Close and within walking distance to many sites, the tube is also nearby. Comfortable place, just bring your own soap as there were none in the two showers which we thought was strange. We were also cold and there weren’t any extra blankets. However we were there for only three nights and...

Stayed here with the family for a week - house is well presented and perfectly located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and most importantly the underground station. Would definitely recommend it.

Apartment was updated and spacious. Lots of storage space and amenities. Location was both quiet and central to many tourist spots. Owner was great at communicating both prior to visit and during our stay.

Changeover days are currently flexible as are arrival times, please ask.
Prices include use of heating, electricity etc. However there is a £150 charge for the cleaning of bed linen, towels and to clean the property on exit. We ask you to leave the property as you would like to find it.
A £250 damage deposit is required. Assuming there is no damage, evidence of smoking or excessive cleaning required this will be refunded in full. Deposits are held by and returned by Holiday Lettings.

Situated in a residential area, just 2 minutes to the nearest Underground station and a short stroll to Victoria Station, it is easily accessible for great shopping and many tourist attractions..... Tate Britain, the River Thames, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, St James' Park, Battersea Park, Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, the London Eye, the London Aquarium, river boat rides, King's Road shopping & Chelsea are close by, and just a short bus or tube ride are shopping areas and attractions such as Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and South Kensington.
