Comfortable, limpio y centrico.
Apartamento en excelentes condiciones para estancias de cualquier duracion, camas comodas y confortables, super limpio, muy equipado y todo de calidad, buena calefaccion, terraza amplia y agradable con vistas al canal, muy bien comunicado a 15 minutos de la estacion de metro ubicada en zona 2 y paradas de bus al centro cerca. Supermercado a pocos metros del apartamento. Definitivamente muy recomendable, la proxima vez intentare alqiilarlo nuevamente. El anfitrion pendiente en todo momento y te recibe en el cheking con las llaves. Las fotos son fiel reflejo de la realidad.

'Designer' but not so comfortable.
This apartment was clean (thanks Svetlana), quiet, secure and contained everything we needed for our 6 day stay. We didn't find it all that convenient for public transport but as we used Ubers to get around that wasn't too much of a problem for us. The main issue about the apartment was that it simply wasn't very comfortable. The seating in the lounge area consisted of hard leather cubes and the double beds were so low to the ground that getting in and out of them would be problematic for any older person. It was unforgivable that the toilet seat in the en suite was broken and dangerous. This has been mentioned in an earlier review and the owner has not bothered to replace it. I was surprised when I collected the apartment key from the corner shop that I had to pay £10 for the privilege. I had not been told about this charge.

Joli appartement mais entre le sommier du lit cassé, la cuvette des WC cassée et la fenêtre de la chambre qui ne ferme pas je trouve ça dommage pour le prix. Mais ce qui nous a le plus choqué c'est le propriétaire qui nous réclame 25£ de plus par nuit car soi-disant qu'il s'est trompé dans le prix. Ça peut arriver mais nous réclamer de l'argent 1 semaine seulement avant notre séjour sinon pas de logement c'est inacceptable et pas du tout réglementaire. On n'a pas eu le choix de payer ( en négociant 20£ par nuit) car bien sûr il n'y a rien de disponible 7 jours avant. C'est honteux.

WOW. What a meanie. I made a schoolboy error with pricing on a last minute booking. She booked at £80pn. I asked her very nicely for only £25 more – I DIDN'T FORCE HER (she paid £20) – so I at least didn't make a loss – given I'm a single parent with 3 young kids. The mortgage on the apartment is £1,500pcm & service charge £450pcm, + all other bills. I told her all this. Anyway. This won't happen again. The VERY cheapest local hotel room for ONLY 1 person is £80pn. 1. Bed base – correct 2 bed slats at foot-end of bed were broken – I was unaware – now fixed 2. Loo seat was loose – now tight. 3. Previous guest broke the window handle – it's a specialist repair – it was fixed quickly. It was summer & hot weather & only slightly ajar – ie zero discomfort. Interesting she still gave it 3 stars – when trying very hard to complain about as much as possible. In hindsight I should of made a loss. I asked & she was fine about paying the little extra.
