A beautiful split level apartment with private parking, only a short walk from Norwich city centre. Apartment 7 is a spacious 2 bedroom split level apartment ideal for a city break. Perched on the top floor of the building, the apartment is set amongst a multitude of excellent pubs and restaurants on and surrounding the Unthank Rd area. (The William and Florence, Unthank Arms, Lust & Liquor, The Mulberry, The Mad Moose and the Georgian Townhouse, just to name a few). If you're heading out for breakfast in the morning you need only cross the road for cafe's and coffee. I can recommend the Unthank Kitchen for a cooked breakfast! This property is not suitable for 4 people. Slanted ceilings in bedrooms mean that you would bang your head. Sitting area in room is not comfortable enough for 4 people would accomodate 3 at a push. Outside of building is in disrepair. Broken outside steps are dangerous. Also contacted by letting agency regarding if we were parking our car in someone else's parking space. However, if letting agency had taken our registration number they would not have had to contact us as they were given the registration of the offending car from the person making the compalint. I would not recommend this property

We’re very sorry to receive this review. The 2 bedroom property is equipped for 4 people, and we regularly have groups of 4 stay with us. Your feedback regarding the building exterior will be taken on board and we will look to see if improvements can be made. Regarding the parking query, we were trying to help another of our guests and hope you understand we were only checking to see if you or friends of family may have inadvertently parked in the wrong space, I apologise for any inconvenience our email caused you. Overall I hope you still had an enjoyable time in Norwich.

About the neighbourhood
Norwich is a quaint yet vibrant city with plenty to do. On foot, the city centre is only 15 minutes away from the apartment however regular public transport is available right outside the front door and across the street. The city is great for shopping with the usual big brand names however we recommend you venture off the high street and onto Norwich's quirky lanes which are filled with a multitude of independent and boutique stores. You will also find many coffee shops, restaurants and bars, there are too many to mention.
Getting around
15 minutes walk to the city centre, as well as regular buses stopping right outside the apartment.
