We had a lovely stay in this attractively decorated apartment which was perfect for walking into the city centre, the local shops and getting in and out of Norwich by car to visit the coast. Lily and Keith were friendly helpful hosts and quick to reply to any queries. The boys loved their upstairs bedroom which they boasted was “the best room in the house”. The property was well equipped and comfortable.

A very attractive apartment within easy walking distance of Norwich city centre, also, only three minutes away from a row of various shops, including a gastro pub, and bus stops. Easy parking in Whitehall Road with the permit provided. Lily and Keith were excellent hosts who answered all communications very quickly.

Initially nervous (as this was a last minute upgrade) we were relieved & thrilled to find such a comfortable & peaceful flat in Whitehall Rd. High quality, clean, fresh & well equipped. Lovely touches such as a tasty welcome pack & everything needed to make tea & coffee, a free parking permit & WiFi access (in fact we had excellent phone signal all over the town). Keith greeted us & showed us around, explaining how everything worked (although it was all straightforward) & as there were only 2 of us, I used the attic bedroom (with husband's blessing) as my personal dressing room - how posh is that?!! Only about a 15 minute walk into town & we liked going through the park. After a couple of days, we could navigate our way around easily. Had a couple of delicious meals at the Warwick St pub, just 4-5 minutes walk away.... oh... & if you DO happen to have a drink or two, use the handrail going up & down the stairs, as they're rather steep.

Lovely and spacious. Well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher! Kids loved the loft bedroom with the twin beds.

A lovely little property, very clean and comfy and very welcoming to come home to - and only 15 min walk to the city centre. There are plenty of shops and places to eat very close by. A great place to stay.

High quality, apartment with character. Conveniently sited a 20 minute stroll from the centre of Norwich. We were very comfortable and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We'll stay again when we're in Norwich.

Spent three months on a bussiness trip to Norwich, two months at the 1 bed apartment and 1 month at the two bedrooms. Both aparments are excellent and comfortable. Location is very good, very close to shops, pubs and restaurants and within walking distance of the city centre. Apartments are well mantained and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. I really felt like at home during my stay at Norwich and will be back next time.

This is such a lovely flat! It's decorated very tastefully and is comfortable and pleasant. The owners left us a welcome kit with wine, biscuits and cake. We were able to really relax here and feel at home. We had one very minor maintenance issue and the owners responded to that within fifteen minutes!! They were easy and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to shops and restaurants on Unthank Road and not far from the City Centre.

I was taking my 90 year old father for a short leisure break and needed somewhere comfortable and convenient for day trips to Norwich and the Broads. This apartment ticked all the boxes and helped to make our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Very clean and well furnished, this apartment was great value for the price. We were always able to park just outside on the road (which was nice and quiet) and the city was just a short drive or taxi ride away. Within about 15 minutes walking distance of the city too, but quite a few good pubs and restaurants close by if you didn't want to venture that far. The wine, biscuits, crisps, and milk in the fridge were a nice touch on arrival - made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful apartment on a quiet road in Norwich. On arrival there was red wine, crisps and chocolate cake, and the flat was kept warm and toasty. Everything was very clean, large kitchen, smaller bathroom and nice spacious living area. It was elegantly decorated and simple. Ideal for our needs. Will definitely want to come again! Thank you
