Excellent property
Fabulous property in brilliant location right by the Minster. It was modern, comfortable, warm and cosy. Owner was very helpful.

Home from home
Oh my goodness, what a gorgeous hidden gem in the centre of York. The added bonus of a garage and within close proximity of the Minster and so many of York’s attractions. Rooms are extremely comfortable, living space ideal for 2 - 4 people and look forward to returning. Daryl & Pam are at the end of the phone and excellent communication throughout. Thank you for allowing us to experience your wonderful accommodation. Fabulous for our sibling getaway & look forward to returning x

Stunning city center property with parking, perfect for the family
What a beautiful well furnished city center property with on site parking. Just next to the Minster, couldn't have been better placed and perfect accommodation for our family of 4. Nice personal welcome on arrival and tour of the facilities. We can't wait to return again soon. Thank you Daryl and Pam.

Lovely holiday house & right next to the minister !
I often stay in york to visit my daughter, and found this lovely holiday gem and so near the minister , it was a lovely place to stay with a garage which was so handy ! ( so this meant no worry’s having to park car in a different area ) The owner was very helpful & had good communication . We shall definitely return again x

Ideal location for drivers!
We had a lovely long weekend in York and could not have asked for more with the accommodation. The garage parking was amazing. We loved hearing the Minster bells and being able to walk to all the city’s sights, enjoy the hustle and bustle and then retreat to the quiet and calm of Precentor’s Court! Daryl was very helpful and the welcome bottle of Prosecco was much appreciated.

Great location
Great location for central York. Garage was a bonus although we did have some difficulty getting to the flat to start with. Don’t follow the Sat Nav for the final bit! The flat is great, has everything you need. Is clean and comfortable and the beds are very comfy. I loved hearing the Minster bells from the flat. Will return again if only 4 of us travelling Daryl was very helpful and flexible too. Thank you Daryl

Excellent accommodation
What a hidden gem Excellent location in the heart of York car is definitely not required. The accommodation is exceptional high standards of cleanliness , as well as modern funiture comfortable bed s all the facilities you need when staying somewhere. Quiet location lovely to hear the bells of York Minster just a stones throw away we will be definitely back . More than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
