A lovely spacious contemporary three storey town house located on a quiet private development close to the city centre. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, the house is just a few minutes walk from the National Railway Museum and York Railway Station and only 10 minutes walk to the city centre with its shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and numerous visitor attractions.

The property has 4 bedrooms. Master double bedroom with en-suite facilities including shower, w.c and hand basin, a further twin bedroom and a single bedroom are all located on the same floor along with the main bathroom.
