It's a nearly new apartment which cannot be any more central. You will always be few yards away from work, the University of Sheffield and Hallam University, Hallamshire hospital, train station, newly renovated moor, restaurants, and nightlife. Yet it's at a very quiet place. Swanky Devonshire green is our backyard. This place is very clean and modern but very homely. Our commitment is to provide a hassle-free, smooth, comfortable, and pleasant stay for our guests. The seasonal rate will apply to start from June to August, 35 GBP additional after one person per night, Kids below 10 years old is free but pull out/ Sofa bed is not available (Need to request directly to the owner with extra charge) Cleaning Fee is 49 GBP...It's a nearly new apartment which cannot be any more central. We booked that flat throught the agency , and the next day the owner contacted us to tell that it was already booked for that date.. we were disappointed because we were traveling to it on that day.. why was it advertised as available if...More
