The apartment is ideal for both holiday and business visitors to Newcastle and acts as the perfect base for exploring the city and its surroundings.

Nie location, lovley appartment, BUT, one to avoid if you want a hasstle free stay.
Location was great, just a short walk from the central station, on there and then up to the start of the Great North Run, And is felt longer on the way back after the run, as its up a short hill.
The place itself was very clean, very spacious.
So the location is good and the place is clean, BUT, please please be very aware that the managment company are very difficult to deal with. I had a number of issues with them, firstly, the day before you are due to check in, you get demanded to pay a £175 deposit, (which on the Book.com web site show as only £150) this is before you get details of how to access to property, then the day before you are due to check out, you get emails threatening that if you are at all over the check out time YOU WILL BE CHARGED for an extra night, and the cleaners will be there the moment you leave.
Then you get your deposit held and kept as they then accuse you of leaving a small bleach mark on a rugby the front door, (which was obviousley an accident from the cleaners), this was on a £65 pound rug from Dunelm, as thats where most of the furnishings came from, So this took a while of arguments to resolve.
So my biggest bit of advice i would give you, is when you check in, you need to take lots and lots of photos and plenty of videos of the apartment, from the floor covertings to contents of drawers, as you will be caught out the managment company.
Left me with a poor taste of Newcastle and The Great North Run, They runied me weekend.
