Perfect stay. Clear arrival instructions. Apartment was beautifully clean and tidy. Nice extra touches like milk in the fridge and spare towels. Parking is also provided and that again is easy to use. Great communication with Tracey. She is always on hand and replies immediately...More

The flat is fully equipped. Warm and comfortable (were there during snow storm!). In walking distance of city centre and quayside. Good places to eat and Tesco nearby. There was a lovely welcome from Tracey when we arrived. I loved it and hope to stay...More
