The home was lovely and spacious. Plenty of space for our family of ten. The kids loved the hot tub. The hostess was lovely and friendly, and brought in a very nice welcome gift of breakfasty bits and coffee. Excellent location, walking distance to everything.

Plenty of room for 15 of us including parking for 8 cars. Fabulous location from which to enjoy Stratford without using cars. Some TLC required on the property itself but all facilities available. Host excellent responding immediately to any problems.

What a fab break in Stratford Upon Avon. The owner Natasha was incredibly helpful and communicative in letting us know that a big festival was happening at the weekend, giving us alternate directions in advance to avoid the queues on our arrival to the town. The welcome drinks waiting in the fridge were a lovely touch too and much needed! The house is well laid out with amazing bathrooms in most of the bedrooms (it is incredible how they have managed to fit so much into the house without feeling cramped) and the hot tub was a total hit! In all a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to other people looking for a large place to stay with family or friends.

Happy with everything, had a group of 16 people in and was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the hot tub. Good location on the edge of town. Tasha was very helpful and flexible in regards to early check in and parking times outside of stay times. Welcome pack was appreciated. Would go again with a big group

We had an excellent time

Very spacious property. Layout is good and accommodates large groups easily as the kitchen links nicely into the dining conservatory space. All bedrooms have en suite facilities which is very useful too. Being situated so close to Stratford Centre means use of a car is not essential but car parking for up to 6 cars is a huge bonus. Definitely would come back - the owner is both friendly and helpful. As the property is in a residential area expectations about noise are made clear to avoid any misunderstandings over use of the hot tub.

We had a lovely weekend in the house. Plenty big enough for 10 adults and 5 children (all under 5). Well equipped and clean

Good bedrooms all with shower and loo etc. Large well equipped kitchen and lounge to seat 12 plus. Dinning room in a extension that did not have sufficient heating so was a bit cold no good in the winter. The main down side was that the house needs some routine maintenance and a deep clean. Good off street parking for 6 cars plus.

We were really impressed with Stratford House in every way! We arrived to a warm cosy home with arrival basics and treats such as teabags, bread and scones and jam provided. The house was well appointed with everything you might need to cook Christmas dinner for 15 people and bedrooms with a luxurious feel with comfortable beds, toiletries and thick towels provided. We found the owners both friendly and responsive and any little problem was dealt with promptly. We would thoroughly recommend Stratford House to anyone. Great value for money.
