Park Road House is a remarkable, newly refurbished, Victorian Mansion located on a quiet residential street in Moseley, Birmingham, just south of the city centre. This multicultural village, framed with majestic trees, was recently voted the best place to live in Britain by The Sunday Times. Park Road House consists of 8 flats. This Ground Floor, 35m2, 1 Bedroom flat is well equipped for a very comfortable stay. We'd like our guests to feel at home and have a great overall experience.

There is a main ensuite bedroom (bedroom + main bathroom), as well as a guest toilet close to the entrance door. Guests may use the sofabed which will comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children; a travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

I don’t really like complaining but emailing isn’t really getting anywhere! The apartment looked beautiful and was immaculately clean however the overwhelming smell of sewage hit us as we walked in. We arrived late at night with our little one, so we had to stay...More

About the neighbourhood
No matter what reason brings you to town, there is always something interesting and exciting to discover. Moseley is famous for its distinctive local bohemian shops as well as its active nightlife. Independent bars like the One Trick Pony Club and The Dark Horse, regularly host live music and Maison Mayci, a traditional French baker/cafe is a must. Though this typically Victorian village may seem hectic, a short walk takes you half a world away to the peaceful Moseley Park and Pool, where popular festivals Moseley Folk and Mostly Jazz are held in the summer. If Sport is more your thing, Edgbaston cricket ground is a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute car ride away.

Moseley is located on the A435 approximately 4 miles South from Birmingham City Centre. It is well served by public transport.
