Nestled in the heart of West Lavant countryside just inside the National Park, Old Root House is a recently converted 200 year old flint and brick Sussex Barn, and becomes available to rent for the first time in 2015. The barn has been lovingly converted to the highest standards by a well known local Developer, with all rooms having a southerly aspect and featuring vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The kitchen is is fitted out with top of the range Neff electrical appliances and the Dining area features a solid Oak table and chairs. All the communal rooms feature Oak flooring whilst the bedrooms are fully carpeted and the bathrooms and shower rooms are fully tiled. All the rooms benefit from under floor heating and Double Glazing. Fully equipped with, dish washer, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer this modern kitchen and utility have everything you need to self-cater during your stay. ‘Old Root House' has three bedrooms. Two twin rooms (3 ft single beds) , one can be set up as doubles upon request and a master kingsize bedroom with shower en-suite. With another family bathroom there are plenty of facilities for everyone. Parking is on site and there is room for a couple of cars should you need it.
