Mature, south facing garden, ideal to relax in after a day's exploring of the beaches and the South Downs. The three-bedroom house is elegantly appointed combining all modern conveniences - a modern kitchen and dining area and wireless broadband and two bathrooms. The gardens have been professionally landscaped and are private, with an extensive decked area. There is ample space for the off-road parking of up to two cars in the front drive area. Please note that we do not accept children under the age of 10 and we allow no more than two children to stay at the property. Please also note that the house and garden are exclusively for the use of the guests on the booking and that visitors and additional guests are not permitted. 8 minutes by taxi to Goodwood 3 minutes' walk from the Chichester's Festival Theatre 5 minutes' walk from the city's sights, shops and restaurants Downstairs: * Hall with hanging space for coats and a bench storage seat. * Spacious living room with 3-seater sofa, 2 comfy chairs, flat screen TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Feature doors onto garden. * Mini snug with sofa and a flat screen TV. * Well equipped, fully fitted kitchen with dual fuel range cooker and dishwasher. * Utility room with microwave, large american-style fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer * Iron and ironing board. * Downstairs shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. * A large range of books, wide selection of DVDs; Freesat channels and a selection of board games. *Superfast Broadband First floor: * Principle bedroom with that can be made up as a superking or twin. * Large bedroom with kingsize bed and views over the garden and beyond toward Chichester's rooftops, trees and parks. * Light, bright single bedroom. * Family bathroom containing bath with shower, washbasin and WC. * Bedlinen is provided. Quality beds, feather duvets and feather pillows. * Combed Egyptian cotton towels * 2 hairdryers. General: * Free wifi. * Gas central heating. * Utilities included. * Welcome essentials provided. * Bike storage on request. Outside: Beautifully kept mature garden with decking area, garden furniture and barbeque . Off street parking in the drive for up to 2 cars. Please note that Jubilee House and garden are exclusively for the use of the guests listed on the booking – please be aware that under no circumstances are additional guests allowed at the property, for day visits or overnight stays. No camper vans or mobile homes permitted on the driveway. Guests staying longer than 14 nights will be asked to purchase additional cleaning and change of linen/ towels in order to keep the house in good condition. These will only be charged at cost, circa £55 for linen/ towel laundering if all 3 beds are used plus £30 for the cleaning service. We do not currently have facilities available at the property for electric vehicle charging. However, we are looking to provide the necessary infrastructure in the future and will include a supplemental charge on the nightly rates when it is utilised.
