At the front of the house, you'll find a delightful twin bedroom that easily converts into a double upon request, providing versatile sleeping arrangements. Alongside it, the charming bunk room boasts sturdy beds perfect for both children and adults alike. These rooms bask in natural light, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by convenient blinds for privacy. Just a short walk down the hallway leads you to a spacious and contemporary family bathroom, featuring luxurious underfloor heating. It is equipped with a bath featuring a shower attachment, making it an ideal space for relaxation. The snug room is a wonderful addition, with patio doors that open directly into the garden, creating an exciting play area for children. While there is a railway line at the bottom of the garden, rest assured that the garden is fully enclosed, providing a safe haven for children to play freely with the outdoor toys. Parking is available on the driveway at the property. Upon arrival, we provide a welcome hamper for our guests. The hamper includes milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, washing up liquid, matches, kitchen roll, tissues, bin bags, pen, salt, pepper, fire lighters, and tinfoil. Additionally, the hamper contains some goodies such as wine, cookies, chocolates, and sweets. In the bathrooms, we provide shampoo and conditioner, and hand wash is available at each sink. Experience ultimate convenience during your stay with our range of amenities for families. We offer a travel cot (please bring your own bedding) and a high chair, along with specially curated baby packs for 0-2 year olds and toddler packs for 2-4 year olds. To ensure availability, please request these items in advance for short stays. Rest assured that all items will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised between each use, providing a safe and comfortable experience for you and your little ones.
