To your right is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and the main bathroom. To your left is the second bedroom which can be made up as a twin or super king room. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the car park space downstairs. The outdoor areas such as the courtyard and staircases are communal and out of respect to our neighbors we ask that this property is not suitable for under 12s. Other things to note Please note that this property is close to a train line, however the trains are not fast through Chichester and it is a well insulated and modern apartment so the noise is minor. For added security, the property is equipped with an exterior camera and a Ring Doorbell Camera at the entrance. Please note that the noise function is disabled to ensure your privacy.
