Cottage
Self catering holiday cottage on a tranquil smallholding near the coast at Aberystwyth. We take pride in the fact that our cottages are comfortable, spacious, stylish and clean and we look forward to offering you a warm Welsh welcome. Set in a delightful natural location with a stream and overlooking lush meadows. The Cambrian Mountains and unspoiled river valleys are only a short drive away or why not enjoy a trip on a narrow gauge railway instead. Activities such as horse riding, cycling, swimming, sailing, walking, golf and fishing are all available on the doorstep....Self catering holiday cottage on a tranquil smallholding near the coast at Aberystwyth. About the neighbourhood
Aberystwyth is an University town with a mile long promenade and sandy beaches. The narrow gauge railway trip to Devils Bridge is very popular as is the Butterfly house in the Rheidol Valley. Sea and river fishing are popular pastimes in this area as are golf and cycling. The cycle paths and walks at Nant yr Arian forest and lake are a huge draw particularly for viewing the Red Kite population. The surrounding countryside is stunning in places and offers excellent exploration expeditions. The Rheidol riding centre is well established and caters for all ages. The Arts Centre, Cinema and local pubs provide excellent night time entertainment.
Getting around
A car is advisable but buses do pass the end of our lane at regular intervals. Taxis are reasonable as it is only a 5-10 minute journey to town.
