Use of the barbecue, trust bar and summerhouse facilities in the 4 acres of orchard, gardens and lawns (croquet).
Situated in the green Usk valley, within the Brecon Beacons National Park, surrounded by fields and mountains and beside the Monmouthshire & Brecon canal and local village pubs. Within 4 miles of the picturesque market town of Abergavenny and Waitrose/Aldi supermarkets.

Self contained cottage comprising, on the ground floor, lounge/diner, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower unit only and stairs from the lounge leading to a single spacious bedroom which has a super-king size double bed which converts to twin beds if required plus an additional single bed for a family with a young child and cot for baby.

Separate toilet adjacent to bedroom at top of stairs.

The cottage is well equipped for every need although it may not be suitable for the disabled who might have difficulty negotiating the stairs. In the lounge area there is a colour television (full SKY), video, midi hi fi, games, books and puzzles for all ages. NOTE THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR WEEKEND BREAKS - 2 NIGHTs OR 1 WEEK ALL AT £30.00per person night for 2017. For two people a charge of £60.00 per night applies. For one person a charge of 30.00 per night applies. Children under 5 Years Old no charge, Children 5 Years Old to 12 Years Old a charge of £15.00 per night. Over 12 Years Old full rate £30.00 pernight. A charge of £10 per week or part week each for all pets. (please note: pets are not allowed in bedroom or on furniture). £30.00 deposit required to secure booking. A deposit equivalent to a minimum of one nights stay per person for each week is generally required upon confirmation and is non returnable should booking be cancelled. Abergavenny is a busy but unruffled Market Town with lots of interesting shops, pubs and local eateries, famous for its food festival in September and 14 miles from the Cathedral town of Brecon with its annual jazz festival in August. Local restaurants include the nationally acclaimed Walnut Tree whose co-owner Shaun Hill ran the Merchant House Restaurant (won a few gongs) in Ludlow up to early 2005, the Hardwick owned by Stephen Terry of TV fame and the Angel Hotel in Abergavenny which provides the most heavenly afternoon teas.
