This Edwardian Home is packed with character and has fantastic views of Conwy, Conwy Castle ( a world heritage site), mountains and the sea. Perfect for a romantic or family break, the cottage is just minutes walk from the shops, pubs, restaurants, park (with cricket, swings, tennis) waterfront, harbour and castle of the town, which also plays host to a variety of festivals and fairs throughout the year. You could visit the local RSPB nature reserve, go walking, cycling, play golf or take a trip to the nearby Bodnant Gardens. Whatever you like to do Conwy makes a fabulous holiday destination.

Dominated by its impressive medieval castle, the World Heritage Site of Conwy is a fantastic, bustling town. The castle walls wrap themselves around a town which offers much to visitors, including a lovely marina, many fairs and festivals, specialist and national shops, quality restaurants and traditional pubs. The ‘Smallest House In Britain’ is also to be found here; measuring 72 inches wide by 122 inches high, this unique house was occupied until 1900. Take a boat trip on the estuary, walk the walls, climb the towers, or relax for a coffee on the quayside. Bodlondeb Park & woods is just 5 minutes from the house with tennis, swings, cricket or just for relaxing. Or why not play Golf? The Conwy golf club is located 400 metres from the house. Conwy is very accessible by car or public transport.

Conwy has a railway station which is just 300 metres from the house or you can get a train direct from London Euston to Llandudno Junction which is just a 5 minute taxi ride away. It takes less than 3 hours. There are also frequent trains from Manchester, Cardiff or Chester.

By car Conwy is located just off the A55 North Wales Expressway, Manchester and Liverpool are less than 90
minutes away. The roman walled city of Chester is 60 minutes away.

Coming from Ireland? We are located 60 minutes from the port of Holyhead via the direct and easy to follow A55 or by train. There are several sailings a day from Ireland to Holyhead with crossing times from only 2 hours. Please check on Stena Line and Irish Ferries' websites for more...
