From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: The ever-popular village of Betws-y-Coed sits in the heart of the stunning Snowdonia National Park, and offers visitors a selection of craft and outdoor shops, as well as cafes and restaurants. The village is also home to the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and even has its own railway station with a museum, miniature railway, shop and restaurant. The nearby River Conwy is well known for the quality of its fishing and also hides river pools, frothing waterfalls and bridges that are many hundreds of years old. In addition to the stunning countryside that surrounds Betws-Y-Coed, there are a number of National Trust properties just a short drive away.
