This little beauty of a home has been fully refurbished - located 2 miles from Belfast City Centre. We provide milk, tea, coffee, sugars & cereals on arrival, 24/7 contact and lots of information on recommended tours and experiences. We are just a 5 minute walk from The Cavehill Country Park which includes the remarkable grounds of The Belfast Castle. We are located just 20 minutes from Belfast City & International Airport - we also provide a taxi pickup service if desired. Bus stops and shops nearby!

Just ok
Communication with owner was good and we were able to arrive early. The house was ok but was a bit tired looking - damp patches in double bedroom and paint peeling on the stairs , bed linen was clean but had bleach marks on them and looked a bit tatty. The garden was overgrown and so we couldn’t sit out there , no garden furniture either. There was some coffee and tea sachets in the kitchen but no milk , which would have been a nice touch as we didn’t take any with us. Price was expensive for the are and what we got - we were a bit disappointed .

Hi, Thank you very much for taking your time to review. In regards to the damp patch - we had an issue with our boiler which is located in the loft. There was a small drip coming from the pipe which we were totally unaware of and did not notice. We have since rectified this error so we do hugely apologise. Paint has also been fixed & huge apologies about the bleach marks. Our cleaner did not make us aware - we wish you would have let us know about these concerns and we would have rectified them immediately as this is what we are here for :-) However, thanks again for your honest review, it will only help us to improve & provide a better experience for future guests - we wish you the best. Lovely
I arrived as a party of 4 for a weekend. First impressions were lovely and couldn’t notice how clean the house was. Very well kept and even tho it states milk and fresh bread were provided, there wasn’t any, and toiletries were almost empty or wasn’t any there. Lovely large private garden out the back but very neglected. Overall we had a lovely experience.

Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to review our property. We no longer provide fresh bread or toiletries (my fault as it wasn't removed from the listing), we do however leave milk so sincere apologies that this was missed. Again, apologies that the grass was slightly overgrown - we did have issues with our gardener unfortunately but all has been resolved since and the garden is, and is kept as good as new! About the neighbourhood
We are located in a small residential, quiet area. We also have a guest information folder, where you can find information on our rooms, utilities and some personal recommendations. We provide a map of all nearby bus stops and shops, with a bus timetable and prices. We also have over 30 leaflets and booklets for guests to look through with some incredible Belfast locations, trips and tours. ADDED EXTRAS: Built in Netflix, Chromecast and Google Home.
Getting around
There is a mini Co-Op Supermarket in just a 5 minute walk, with corner shops, takeaways and an off license along the way. These location details are provided in our guest information folder. There are several bus stops near by which take you straight to the city centre in approximately 15 minutes. These buses run every 10 minutes. Alternatively, taxis are around £6 to the city centre.
How to get there
We are just in a street located off two main roads, Oldpark Road or Ballysillan Road, both located in the Ballysillan Area of North Belfast. Easy to find and we can also be located on Google Maps.
