The property has gas central heating and there is an extra top floor for larger groups. There is 2 separate toilets and a shower on the first floor and a toilet and shower combined on the second floor. Access to the property is self-service and I live/work in the vicinity if any help is required.

We had a great stay for this weekend and we really enjoyed the location of this apartment. All important sights as well as the night live are in walking distance. The house is absolutly suitable for a weekend trip for a group of 10 persons.

Big communal areas, great value. Clean rooms and plenty of shower/bathroom space for our group of ten. Reminded me of my old student day! Great, quick communication from owner. Tesco metro at end of road and close to bars/restaurants.

Lovely house in a great location. Owner really helpful, provided us with lots of info that helped us find some great restaurants really close by and let us check out late Sunday afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

About the neighbourhood
The property is near Queens University on the city centre side and only 10/15 walk to Belfast's main shopping area - shopping at Victoria Square and Castlecourt is very good with Royal Avenue (opposite the front of City Hall) being the main thoroughfare.
Going up Claremont Street and turning left (or going down and right) you will be walking towards the City Centre - you can do it in 10 minutes - either via Great Victoria Street or Dublin Road which run parallel to each other - Dublin Road (on right) is livelier and Great Victoria Street (on left) has the Europa Hotel (most bombed hotel in Europe at one time with a piano bar that's worth at visit at night), the famous Crown Bar, and the Grand Opera House Theatre are also nearby.
How to get there
The property is up from Shaftesbury Square on the right hand side as you walk towards Queens University.
Check in is after 2 pm and check out is 11am - check with landlord for flexibility on this particularly if there are no other booking immediately before or after your stay.
